This document explains how GigaWatt Pte. Ltd. (GigaWatt) collects, stores, uses, handles and protects personal information. As stated in the Terms of Use, by using any or all the services accessible on the site located at (the “Site”) or any other Services owned or provided by GigaWatt (collectively, “Services”), you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy. The terms “us”, “we”, or “our” refer to GigaWatt.

1.         Collection of Information

Any information you voluntarily provide to GigaWatt through the use of the Site or through any other means of communication/interaction or the use of our Services, including (but not limited to) your name, telephone number, payment information, cryptocurrency wallet address, information related to your status as a WTT holder, transaction history as available on a public blockchain, and shipping and email addresses. Further, information involuntarily provided to Gigawatt through the use of the Site or through any other means of communication or use of our Services, including (but not limited to) browser information, operating system information, IP address, MAC address, web redirection or navigation information, location, mobile network information may be retained by us as permissible by law. We are the sole owners of such information, collect such information at our discretion, and can choose not to collect such information if we so choose.

2.         Account Information

In order to use our Site or Services, you may be required to register an account. We may collect and store any data or information regarding your use of our Site or Services linked to this account as frequently and thoroughly as we see fit, including (but not limited to) page viewing time, purchase history, login information and history, behavioral pattern trackers, or indications of referrals. Further, we may store any personal information provided in order to register such an account, including (but not limited to) name, address, email address, payment information, and shipping address. 3.         Cookies

GigaWatt and/or its affiliates may place small data files, including cookies or pixel tags, on your computer or other device when you access the Site to help customize your buyer experience and provide the type of services and products that fit your needs. This effort may include using these technologies to assess marketing strategies, ease logging in, or any other use we deem appropriate for our business purposes. GigaWatt may use different types of cookies, including (but not limited to) session cookies, persistent cookies, or flash cookies. If you would like to control how cookies or other data files are loaded onto your computer or your device, you may do so using your browser settings or add-ons, though this may interfere with your customer experience. Nonetheless, we are not obligated to use these methods and do so at our discretion.

4.         Log Files

We may use and collect IP addresses, ISP information, referring/exit pages, and your behavioral patterns based on scrolling and clicking. This information is used to monitor trends, operate the Site, track how are Site is used, and evaluate content. Log files are not linked to personally identifiable information. Nonetheless, GigaWatt is not obligated to collect log files and does so at its discretion.

5.         Storing, Using, and Sharing Personal Information

GigaWatt will store any personal information in its database, which may be provided and serviced by a third-party. GigaWatt may also use third-party services for its marketing purposes, such as Google Analytics, or for other consultation to help improve our operations. Information will only be provided to these third-parties to the extent that it is necessary for those purposes, and GigaWatt does not sell or provide your information to third-parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent. GigaWatt contractually binds its third-party affiliates through confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements to ensure that your information is not used for any purpose not outlined in this Privacy Policy.

GigaWatt may also provide your information to government or law officials when compelled to do so by a legal court order, subpoena (when required to do so by law), or a valid warrant. We may also provide your information to your payment processor to the extent that it is necessary to complete a transaction. Any other disclosure of your information to third-parties will only occur with your consent.

6.         Amendments

GigaWatt may alter this Privacy Policy at its discretion at any time for any or no reason. Prominent notice of any changes may or may not be posted on our site, and you should check for updates regularly. Any changes will include a corresponding “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page and such changes will go in effect immediately. The latest version of the Privacy Policy will be considered as superseding any previous version unless otherwise noted.
